UK Scaleup
Context
A UK scaleup engaged me to take their company-wide Notion workspace and AI operations from a promising start to a fully rolled-out operating system for the whole team—structured, documented, and ready for effective AI use.
Problem
The workspace had solid initial foundations but was only partially built out: conventions varied between teams, information was hard to find, each team worked with its own ad-hoc structures, and the team's AI tooling had little well-organized context to draw from.
Objective
A unified company-wide workspace with consistent structure, team-specific systems tailored to each function, standardized private spaces for personal tasks and notes, and clear SOPs—so every team member could work (and use AI) effectively without depending on outside help.
Approach
We started with a discovery phase to understand each team's real needs, then refined and finalized the company-wide setup through multiple iteration rounds with the teams. From that blueprint, I built team-specific systems, AI Agents, standardized private spaces for every team member, and delivered SOPs, guides, and custom training sessions to make the company self-sufficient.
Outcome
The workspace was adopted at large scale across teams, and the structured, well-documented foundation measurably improved how effectively the team works with AI. All of this couldn’t be possible without the great people who helped me on this project with clarity and enthusiasm.
