Easor serves accountants and needed one app where each accountant could run their entire firm’s operations. We built EasorHub, a custom web application including a community where users connect with peers and Easor staff.

There was no app at all; only the idea to build an application that fits accountants’ workflows practically and provides immense value in managing their whole studio. Accountants were handling client work, team coordination, and documents across scattered tools and manual processes, and there was no space where they could interact with peers or experience clarity around the studio’s projects.

We worked in iterative cycles with the Easor team: discovery of what accountants and staff actually needed, an initial release of the core firm-management app, then continuous improvements based on real usage. A key milestone was replacing an off-the-shelf chat widget with a fully custom community chat, including staff badges, a member directory identifying each accountant’s city and professional register, group conversations, and more, seamlessly integrated into the app. Behind the scenes, automations handle data processing and notifications so the tool can scale independently.
THE WORK PROCESSEasorHub has been growing consistently: accountants manage their daily firm operations and team collaboration inside the app, and the community is now their default channel to connect with peers and Easor. [Add adoption numbers/quote when available — project still active.]
