EasorHub
Context
EasorHub is a custom app where accountants run their entire studio’s operations and connect with peers through a dedicated community.
Problem
There was no app at all; only the idea to build an application that fits accountants’ workflows practically and provides immense value in managing their whole studio. Accountants were handling client work, team coordination, and documents across scattered tools and manual processes, and there was no space where they could interact with peers or experience clarity around the studio’s projects.
Objective
One collaborative application where accountants log in and manages their whole firm: client engagements, recurring and ad-hoc checklists, documents, services, and more.
Approach
We worked in iterative cycles with the Easor team: discovery of what accountants and staff actually needed, an initial release of the core firm-management app, then continuous improvements based on user feedback.
Outcome
EasorHub is an elegant, modern, and easy-to-use app for accountants, instilling innovation and beautiful design in the accounting industry.
