Personal Trainer OS 3.0 is a simple and effective Notion system for solo trainers who want to program faster and deliver a clean and modern client portal experience without extra tools. You can reliably use it on desktop or mobile (via the Notion app), even offline (see the Notion documentation for details on offline mode).
This system connects clients, programs, sessions, and exercise logs end to end so you can plan blocks of training, schedule sessions on a calendar, and track progress as workouts are completed. Each client gets a private dashboard that automatically shows only their plans, upcoming sessions with dates, past logs, and invoices, powered by page‑level access rules (Notion business or enterprise plan required). Use comments and mentions to collaborate with clients on session pages, attach notes, and adjust plans as needed.
The internal trainer dashboard surfaces what matters each day, including today’s sessions, active programs with completion percentages, and invoices that need attention, with a drag‑and‑drop sessions calendar for quick rearranging.
Programming is streamlined through reusable templates, movement references with demo videos, and structured program pages that roll up session details.
The template includes example data and a clear usage guide so you can duplicate and start working immediately.
This is an evolution of the previous (and very popular!) Personal Trainer OS I launched some years ago. Thanks to new Notion features, this version allows data centralization and automated client portals all in one.
